Reference Settings for Cutting

For cutting work, the ideal position of the focal point is in the middle of the material, the cutting focal point of LT-4LDS-V2 is 40mm, the length of the air nozzle is 32mm, so the focal point position is 8mm below the air nozzle.
For example, if you want to cut 10mm plywood, the distance from the air nozzle to the surface of the material should be 8mm-10mm/2=3mm
Put a 3mm thick focus fixing plate between the nozzle and the board for the best cutting point(Because the focus fixing plate we provide does not have a 3mm specification, the picture shows 4mm)

Air Pump:


Description

The air pump is an essential part of the laser module with air assisted.
It provides a steady high-pressure airflow to blow away smoke and obtain clean-cut edges.
In addition, it can improve the efficiency of laser processing and thus save your time.
