If you are a DDR5 motherboard we only recommend that you use 2 RAM

If you want to use 4 RAM at the same time your frequency may be reduced

intel C When you use four DDR5 memory at the same time the default frequency of the system will become 4000 and the maximum can only reach 5600MHz

AMD C When you use four DDR5 memory at the same time the default frequency of the system will become 3600 and the maximum can only reach 4800MHz
